What are the best investment options for now on this date or say for the year 2013? The answer to this question would be divided into three segments. Therefore according to me the three best investment options this New Year is:
1. Gold – the precious metal performed well since last five years and had been on an average rising at the rate of around 100% during the time frame of last five years. It has doubled in a span of five years. You can wear gold and since it is doubling every five years you won’t have to worry about it. The price of gold is slightly down now so you have a very good opportunity to invest.2. Land – land is a good choice of investment but it is a tough one to invest. Not all the people can buy a piece of land which can worth around some thousand dollars and wait for it to double. But for those who have plenty of resources and want to increase your wealth in a co-inordinate manner land will be the best one to try. Besides you can build anything on land to make it more valuable.
3. House – investing in land and investing in house are both very different. Investing in house means you buy a house with all its amenities including land on which it is built up and investing in land is investing in a piece of earth only. House can be used for living and not land. Well from economic point of view and house is much more valuable than a plain piece of land. You can rent a house to gain income during the period of investment and then when you reach your goal of investment you can sell it off. So house can gain you double profits while it is much more difficult to give land on rent as compared to house.
